McPherson leads Bothell past Garfield | Prep baseball

Sam McPherson knocked in three runs against Garfield on Thursday to lead the Bothell High School baseball team to an 8-3 victory in Seattle.

Bothell was up 8-0 before Garfield scored its first run of the game during the bottom of the sixth inning. Quinn Gleed picked up the win on the mound, throwing six innings, giving up just one run while striking out five batters.
