Cedar Park edges Eatonville in extra innings | Prep baseball

The Cedar Park Christian baseball team edged Eatonville, 4-3, in extra innings Monday in Bothell.

The Eagles fell behind 1-0 during the first inning, a lead Eatonville would take into the sixth inning.

Cedar Park then scored two runs during the bottom of the sixth to take the lead, but Eatonville came right back with two more runs during its next at-bat.

The Eagles never gave up, though, tying the game during the bottom of the seventh to force extra innings and then scored the game-winning run during the bottom of the eighth.

Zach Cokos, Josh McIntyre and Noah Rankin each collected three hits and an RBI for the Eagles.
