Cedar Park Christian golfers qualify for state

Cedar Park Christian’s Hunter Morgan, Dillon Wallace and Emma Tumbleson qualified for the 1A state golf tournament on May 23-24.

For the boys, Morgan took sixth with a score of 82 and Wallace took 10th with an 87 at Monday’s bi-districts at Jackson Golf Course in Seattle. State is at Sun Willows in Pasco.

In the girls’ bi-district tourney, Tumbleson took 26th with a 127 and makes state at Horn Rapids in Richland.
