Inglemoor baseball squad advances to state, will play in district title game

Inglemoor High’s baseball team defeated Cascade, 4-3, on Tuesday in the 4A Wes-King District tournament and will take on Skyline in the title game at 4 p.m. Saturday at Bannerwood Park in Bellevue. Both teams advance to state.

The Vikings led 4-1 after three innings and Cascade added two runs in the fourth.

Peter Hansen had two singles for Inglemoor, which received a double from Sean Kauffman and singles from Sean Mulcare, Jacob Liedle (RBI), Sean Hollenbeck and Nathan Schuh (RBI).
