Inglemoor boys survive rally to beat Skyline; Bothell blows past Eastlake

The Inglemoor High boys basketball team held on for a dramatic conference victory over Skyline, 56-53, on Tuesday in Sammamish.

Inglemoor (3-4 KingCo, 4-8) outscored Skyline 21-7 in the third quarter and led 43-30 headed to the fourth.

Viking senior Jack Weyer led Inglemoor with 16 points. Fellow senior Jaxon Peay had six points and a team-high nine rebounds.

Jalen Woodley had nine points and Ryan Hamilton scored eight.

Next, Inglemoor is scheduled to play Bothell at 8 p.m. on Jan. 13 at Inglemoor High School in Kenmore.

Bothell 66, Eastlake 51

The Wolves jumped out to an early lead and tied the game at halftime, but went cold in the second half and dropped what would have been a big conference victory on Tuesday at Bothell High School.

The Cougars (6-1, 11-2) took a 47-41 lead into the fourth quarter and outscored Eastlake (2-5, 5-7) 19-10 in the final period.

No individual scores were reported.

Cedar Park 54, Granite Falls 37

Junior guard George Reidy scored 15 points and senior post Andrei Leonardi added 14 as the Eagles rolled to a Cascade Conference win over Granite Falls on Tuesday in Bothell.

Cedar Park (3-3 Cascade, 8-6) held a narrow lead after the first quarter, but outscored Granite Falls 18-11 in the second period.

Next, the Eagles are scheduled to play conference-leading Kings at 7 p.m. on Jan. 13 in Bothell.
