Inglemoor boys win BC tournament opener; girls fall to Lake Stevens

The Inglemoor High boys basketball team cruised to a 63-30 win over Interlake in the first round of the Bellevue College Holiday Tournament on Dec. 29 in Bellevue.

The Vikings (2-5) broke a three-game skid and head into a second-round game against Monroe at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 29.

No other scoring information was reported.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Lake Stevens 63, Inglemoor 54. The Vikings lost for the third game in a row on Dec. 28, dropping a nonconference game in Lake Stevens.

Next, Inglemoor (3-4) is scheduled to open the Lady Quaker Holiday Showcase with a nonconference game against Franklin Pierce at 5:25 p.m. on Dec. 29 at Franklin High School in Seattle.
