Northshore wrestlers take to the mats at state tournament

Five Northshore wrestlers competed at the 4A state tournament on Feb. 16 at the Tacoma Dome.

For North Creek, Matt Kendrick won his first match at 182 pounds, but then lost two straight; for Inglemoor, Zach Liang went 1-2 at 195 pounds; and for Bothell, Jay Smith went 1-2 at 170 pounds, and Cameron Roark and Walker Hardan went 0-2 at 106 and 220 pounds, respectively.
