Ralph Swanson Sr., founder and president of Plywood Supply in Kenmore, died July 10. He was 83. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. July 25 at the University Congregational United Church of Christ (4515 16th Ave. N.E., Seattle). A reception will follow the service at the church.
Ralph founded Plywood Supply in 1953 and it continues to operate in Kenmore today. He was a strong supporter of The Arts of Kenmore and the Kenmore community at large in addition to being a respected and prominent businessman.
