Rosie the stolen cow returns to Country Village

Rosie the cow is grazing once more at Susan’s Sweets in Country Village.

According to the Bothell shopping center’s manager Leeann Tesorieri, two boys returned the artificial cow that was stolen earlier this month to owner Susan Swanigan this afternoon.
