Peacocke, Conroy lead the way in Inglemoor victory over Bishop Blanchet

Junior Taylor Peacocke led the Inglemoor High Vikings with 19 points in their 62-49 nonleague girls basketball victory at Bishop Blanchet Wednesday night.
Sophomore Kelly Conroy added 17 points for the Viks, who are 7-2 overall and 3-1 in league.
In their last eight games, Peacocke and Conroy have averaged 17.8 and 12.5 points, respectively. Also chipping in with double-digit scoring during some of those games were senior MacKenzie Iverson, junior Kate Taylor and sophomore Julia Haining.
Inglemoor recently won the Les Schwab Tipoff Classic with a 59-39 victory over Kentwood. Peacocke was named the most valuable player and Conroy earned all-tournament honors.
