Fifteen Bothell, Inglemoor high-school seniors earn National Merit Finalist honors

The National Merit Scholarship Foundation has named 15 Northshore School District seniors as National Merit Finalists. Finalists represent less than one-half of 1 percent of each state’s graduating class.
From Bothell High, the finalists are:
• Tucker Cholvin, son of Barbara Fotheringill and Mark Cholvin
• Dana Floberg, daughter of Andrea Schneider and Chris Floberg
• Becca Fredrickson, daughter of Kerri and Todd Fredrickson
• Audrey Michael, daughter of Shannon and Robert Michael
• Bjorn Payne, son of Alexia Eide-Payne and Thomas Payne
From Inglemoor High:
• Katie F. Berfield, daughter of Mary Murphy and Scott Berfield
• Samuel Billett, son of Julie and Kurt Billett
• Michelle Briggs, daughter of Margaret and Donald Briggs
• Natalie Chang, daughter of Janet and Frederick Chang
• Benjamin Grabowski, son of Diane and Thomas Grabowski
• Tyler Patrick, son of Teri and Steve Patrick
• Robin Pflager, son of Sherri and Dan Pflager
• Ryan Rinaldi, son of Masumi and Gerald Rinaldi
• Michaella Rosner, daughter of Dawn and Paul Rosner
• Zachary Whittington, son of Michele and Jeff Whittington
Finalists will be considered for one of more that 8,200 National Merit Scholarships to be awarded this spring and can receive other scholarship offers because of their standing as National Merit Finalists.
