The write stuff: Inglemoor High newspaper students win awards at national journalism convention

The Inglemoor High Nordic News staff attended the Journalism Education Association and National Scholastic Press Association (JEA/NSPA) Spring National High School Journalism Convention April 14-17 in Anaheim, Calif., and came home with six awards:
Superior—Michaella Rosner, news editing/headline writing
Superior—Nicole Ochandarena, editorial writing
Excellent—Corena Sharp, news writing
Excellent—Hillary Sanders, sports commentary
Honorable Mention—Eric Chinn, advertising design
Honorable Mention—Angie Lou, commentary writing
