Workers on the job Thursday morning at the future Crossroads site — north of the Park at Bothell Landing — are involved with the initial storm-drain project to facilitate property development along Bothell Way Northeast. As downtown development proceeds, the Multiway Boulevard will begin to take shape by constructing initial phases of roadway work beginning in late 2012.
