Lockwood Elementary student meets his hero

Lockwood Elementary first-grader Sammy Aragon met his hero, astronaut Franklin Chan, by a stroke of luck. Sammy loves science and is thrilled about anything to do with space. He admires all astronauts, especially Costa Rica’s most famous astronaut, Franklin Chan. Sammy and Chan coincidentally were on the same flight to Costa Rica, and Sammy was thrilled to meet his hero and have his picture taken with him.
