Thank you for the article regarding fibromyalgia. I noticed that the pain disappears completely when I am in high altitudes such as Hurricane Ridge, Mount Rainier, Yellow Stone, Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. Occasionally I take 30 milligrams of Melatonin to help me sleep.
