Road closure in Bothell to take effect starting July 29

The Snohomish County Department of Public Works advises motorists in the Bothell area of the upcoming full road closure on 51st Avenue Southeast.

The road closure will take effect 7 a.m. Monday, July 29, through 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13. Traffic will not return to working order until the project is completed.

Strider Construction Co. Inc. has been granted permission to close 51st Avenue Southeast between 180th Street Southeast and 196th Street Southeast to replace culvert in conjunction with a drainage improvement project. The detour route will be posted.
