Velocity from Northshore wins Xtreme Cup

The Northshore Select Soccer Club team Velocity won the Xtreme Cup in Tukwila.
The Northshore Select Soccer Club team Velocity won the Xtreme Cup in Tukwila.

Northshore Select Club (NSC) GU12 Velocity defeated the Sparta Red Rebels of Tacoma 1-0 to win the Xtreme Cup at the Starfire Soccer Complex in Tukwila.

The Northshore team won on a goal by Lucy Young, while Sierra Hein recorded the shutout.

The defending North Puget Sound Division 2 Champions outscored their opponents 14-1 en route to their first cup of the new season.
