Frontier Communications is reporting that an earlier Internet and phone outage in the Bothell area has been restored.
The outage impacted 1,148 customers for about an hour earlier today, said Frontier spokesperson Emily Tantare, but the issue has been resolved for all customers.
The Bothell Police Department (BPD) sent out a release earlier today stating that 5,000 Bothell residents in the 228th Street Southeast area were impacted and that emergency 911 services may not work as a result. The BPD advised residents with an emergency to use a cell phone to contact 911.
