Easy way to get rid of King County funding struggles: get rid of King County.

Based on their executive budget snapshot for 2019-20, that would save $2 billion.

Wastewater and transit should be done regionally and not based on outdated county borders that are nolonger meaningful. Everything else can be cut (e.g county parks) and let local communities or the state takeover or not.
