The Sound Transit Board of Directors will convene a special virtual meeting from 1 to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday Aug. 5, to consider adopting a realigned capital program in response to revenue impacts and cost pressures.

The board will consider a resolution and potential amendments to the resolution to delay certain projects due to an estimated $6.5 billion shortfall.
