Inglemoor High School sent their largest student delegation ever to participate in the Vancouver Model United Nations conference held Feb. 22-23 in Surrey, British Columbia and returned home with 11 awards, three of which were the prestigious Best Delegate Award.

Model United Nations, also know as Model UN or MUN, is a conference similar to the United Nations in which students participate as delegates to various U.N. Committees. Participants research and formulate political positions based on the actual policies of the countries they represent. MUN involves researching, public speaking, debating and writing skills, often along with critical thinking, teamwork and leadership skills.
