Bothell student earns two scholarships from WWU

Western Washington University student Teresa Lee of Bothell has received the Max and Priscilla Higbee Special Education Scholarship and the WCE Promise Scholarship for the 2015-2016 academic year.

The Max and Priscilla Higbee Special Education Scholarship is for students majoring in Special Education; preference is given to graduate students with financial need.

The WCE Promise Scholarship is for students of color planning to enter a teacher education program at Western.

Lee is a sophomore at Western majoring in Special Education/Elementary Education. She graduated from Bothell High School in 2013.
