With crisp passes, communication and a spirit to win, Cedar Park Christian’s girls soccer players jogged into Robinswood Park to take on Forest Ridge Sept. 29.

The Eagles notched a 2-0 victory.

Nicolette Clark scored the first goal of the game with an assist by Emilie Grant in the 20th minute.

Cedar Park’s second goal came from sophomore, Morgan Green, in the 56th minute with an assist from Rachel Staudacher.

Volleyball

Cedar Park’s volleyball girls dominated in their game against Overlake Oct. 1. The Eagles accomplished a 3-0 shutout with smart thinking, great teamwork and constant willingness to strive to do better.

Seniors showed their skill with nine kills from Brittany Kragerud and 26 assists from Tiffany Stumpf.

This victory gives Cedar Park a 6-0-0 season record at the Reporter deadline.

Boys soccer

Cedar Park came out strong during last Wednesday’s game against Bush with a 4-2 victory.

Senior Nick Kunnanz sparked momentum with the first unassisted goal of the match in the 36th minute.

Freshman Addison Parker delivered three goals in the 36th, 38th and 59th minutes, with one assist from Steven Dressler and two from Taylor Turner.

Bush scored its only goal of the match in the 79th minute.

Coach Ken Kerr was able to play all his players and subs, giving his starters a much-needed break.
