Marianne Josephine (Baron) Larson

Marianne Josephine (Baron) Larson, 85, of Camano Island, WA died January 28, 2013. Marianne was born in Seattle on August 23, 1927 and graduated from Franklin High in 1946. Marianne worked 35 years for JC Penney. She was a talented seamstress, fitter and pattern drafter. She volunteered at the Camano Island Yacht Club, Camano Island Senior Services and NOAH. She is survived by her husband, Clayton; son, Roger (Akiko) of Bellevue, WA; daughters, Jeanne Knittle (Pete) of Moses Lake, WA, Cherie Rivers (Joe) of Sharon, MA; and five grandchildren. Marianne was a Charter Member of Group Health and has donated her remains to UW Medical School. Memorials may be made to Camano Senior Services or NOAH.
