The Northshore Emergency Management Coalition is offering a free emergency preparedness workshop Oct. 7
The four-hour workshop will be located at the Northshore Fire Department, 7220 NE 181st Street. It will cover topics such as preparing emergency kits, using a fire extinguisher, communications, food prep, water supply and more.
