The Snohomish County Department of Public Works advises motorists in the Bothell area of a single lane closure on 35th Ave. S.E.

The lane closure will be extended through Feb. 28 between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Universal Land Inc. has been granted permission to close one lane of traffic on 35th Ave. S.E. in the 19500 block to install storm facilities and frontage improvements and paving for the Trail Ridge subdivision.

Emergency vehicles and school district transportation will have access at all times.
