Copperworks Kenmore is your new summer patio

With new cocktails, eats and three-course “Backyard BBQs,” Copperworks Kenmore and De La Soil have exciting plans for you this summer.

Just before their summer solstice party and pig roast in June, De La Soil announced they had even more plans for their recent grill installation on Copperworks Kenmore’s spacious outdoor patio.

Every Saturday, all summer long, they will be offering a three-course wood-fired menu, unique to that day. This will be yet another opportunity for Chefs Cody & Andrea Westerfield to celebrate and explore the potential of fresh and seasonal produce and beyond.

On top of all this, De La Soil has also transitioned into their summer menu, with new mouthwatering favorites to savor such as their “Wild Alaskan Halibut,” which is crafted with tom kha, red plum, heirloom cucumber, fennel, serrano chile and thai basil.

Copperworks Kenmore has also made exciting changes to keep you refreshed this summer, with new cocktails to try and whiskeys to taste. Take their new “Whiskey with Pineapple” cocktail for example, which features Copperworks award winning whiskey alongside pineapple, orange blossom, lime, and tiki bitters.

They also added a matcha Gin & Tonic which will keep you refreshed and alert as you beat the heat under their shaded canopies. For those new to Copperworks Kenmore, you’ll also want to check out their boozy slushies.

Spirits enthusiasts, you’ll need to treat yourself to a tasting flight. Try the whiskey flight, which includes Copperworks Distilling’s core lineup of American Single Malt Whiskey alongside a special “Kenmore Exclusive” single cask, special-release whiskey.

Copperworks Kenmore and De La Soil both feature kid-friendly food and beverage options, from organic chocolate milk and chicken wings to Mexican coke and a “Smashed Grilled Cheese.”

The space also contains a collection of cards, board games, outdoor cornhole, a newly built outdoor play area and more.

Whether you’re looking for the perfect place to relax, catch up with friends or get some work done, Copperworks Kenmore’s patio is the place to be this summer. Their variety of craft cocktails and spirits, farm fresh food, outdoor games and kid’s corner make this a place for the whole family.
