Town-hall meeting Nov. 9: supporting education through budget cuts

Sen. Rosemary McAuliffe, Rep. Derek Stanford and Rep. Luis Moscoso will join the public in a 1st District community meeting from 6-8 p.m. Nov. 9 in Mobius Hall on the University of Bothell, Washington/Cascadia Community College campus, 18115 Campus Way N.E., Bothell.

They will discuss the current state of jobs, the economy and what the community can do to support education through state budget cuts.

Other speakers scheduled to attend will be representatives from the Northshore School District, Cascadia Community College and the University of Washington, Bothell.
