Meet the developers for Kenmore Village on Oct. 30 | Public meeting

Kenmore city officials will host a special meeting for residents to meet and talk with the developers for Kenmore Village from 7:30-8:30 p.m. on Oct. 30. The meeting will be held in the Community Room at Kenmore City Hall.

The City Council will soon consider an agreement that, if approved, would result in selling the Kenmore Village commercial property to Main Street Property Group LLC. The public will have the opportunity to meet the principals of Main Street and discuss the acquisition of the commercial site and their plans for development.

Main Street officials will be available to answer questions and receive citizen input. The developer will also have display boards showcasing the company and what they plan for the site.
