A few sprinkles didn’t keep the community from celebrating the city of Kenmore’s 15th anniversary since incorporation at the final concert of the summer on Aug. 15. The city’s official birthday is Aug. 31.
The city hosted a variety of activities, including a concert, arts and crafts, inflatable ride, activity booths and more.
