Banner Bank recognizes its top employees, including three from Bothell branch

Banner Bank has announced the recipients of the company’s Banner’s Best, Operations Coach of the Year and Service Excellence awards for 2010. This year, 58 employees from across the Pacific Northwest were recognized for their exceptional performance in exceeding personal and bank-wide goals and delivering superior customer service. The Banner’s Best Award is given to employees who have excelled in customer service and surpassed their specific business goals. The recipient of the 2010 Banner’s Best Award from the Bothell branch is Assistant Vice President-Branch Manager Cheryl Bosh.

The Operations Coach of the Year Award recognizes individuals who positively impact production and excel in team building. The recipient of the 2010 Operations Coach of the Year Award from the Bothell branch is Assistant Vice President-Customer Service Manager Vicki Smith.

The Service Excellence Award is given to individuals in indirect support areas that demonstrate excellence in supporting their internal customers. The 2010 Service Excellence Award from the Bothell branch has been awarded to Assistant Vice President-Loan Administer Coordinator Rob Bennett.
