Bothell-based HUB Northwest has helped global insurance brokerage Hub International Limited place second in an Insurance Journal ranking of the nation’s 100 largest privately-owned property/casualty insurance agencies. Hub International had nearly $4.9 billion in 2011 property/casualty premiums.

HUB Northwest contributed significantly to Hub International’s 2011 property/casualty premiums and revenues. Hub International placed first among the top 100 in 2011 property/casualty revenues ($738 million); if treated as a stand-alone entity apart from Hub International, HUB Northwest would have placed 61st in the rankings in terms of revenues ($22 million).
