January 2012 marked a record-setting month for Bothell’s enhanced bottled water company Essentia Water, with its sales reaching an all-time high in the company’s 15-year history. Thousands of cases of bottled water were delivered to grocers and natural foods markets across the country — enough product to fill more than 50 semi-trailer trucks. Last month’s sales level is indicative of the company’s growth, with a 126-percent increase in sales orders compared to January of last year.
