Bothell based Lovsted-Worthington announced that Aran Buchan has joined its team as an Account Executive within the firm.

Prior to working at Lovsted-Worthington, Buchan was the Vice President of a local construction trade association for seven years. He brings extensive knowledge of construction, manufacturing, development and related industries.

“Aran has worked with business owners to achieve their business development goals, and as a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance producer,” said Lovsted-Worthington spokesperson Kristin Jackson. “Aran can help find the right insurance solutions for individuals and companies of any size. Aran works closely with clients to develop optimal risk management, insurance, safety and claims solutions.”

Buchan has also been closely involved in the effort to try to privatize Washington State’s monopolistic workers’ compensation program, and has worked directly with the Director of Labor and Industries, government agencies and associations to improve the economic climate for business owners.

He is a graduate of Central Washington University with a degree in Public Relations.
