Mosaic Homes go on the market in Kenmore

Mosaic Homes announced their introductory sales release of a recently constructed, 86-unit development in Kenmore known as Northshore Townhomes. Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is appointed as the exclusive marketing and sales firm. Sales begin in October for occupancy this fall.

“This is the first major redevelopment offered for sale in this submarket since the last development cycle,” said Dean Jones, President of Seattle-based Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. “The market has recovered to favor homeownership again. Northshore Townhomes offers prospective buyers a compelling opportunity to own while their purchasing power is optimized. They know rents, interest rates and median home prices are all on the rise, which is adding to a sense of urgency for consumers.”

A limited collection of two and three bedroom homes will be offered at introductory pricing from $290,000. These homes range in size from 1,325 to 1,668 square feet.

“Given an inflationary environment many first time buyers are motivated to purchase as a means to fix their monthly housing costs,” adds Carese Busby, a Mortgage Banker with Cobalt Mortgage and the preferred lender for Northshore Townhomes. “Not to mention possible future increases in their homes’ value.”
