New KeyBank branch in Bothell opens Tuesday

KeyBank will open a new branch in Bothell on Tuesday.

KeyBank will open a new branch in Bothell on Tuesday. Located at 240th Street Southeast and Bothell-Everett Highway, the building is LEED certified on a former gas station lot.

The 3,749-square-foot branch will feature a walk-up ATM and a night depository. Special gardens on the property will detain rain water and contribute a soothing element to the landscape.

The new branch will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday; Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

“We are excited to be working in Bothell” said Sarah Hanavi, manager of the Bothell branch. “This is a fast growing and energetic region, and we are excited to be a part of it and watch it continue to develop.”

Hanavi has worked at two Seattle branches since joining the KeyBank in 2011. Active in the community, Hanavi represents the bank as a volunteer with Junior Achievement of Washington and recently helped raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

The new branch will have an official grand opening ceremony on Nov. 3, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests will be entertained by Dick Fain host of the KJR AM morning show and Downtown Joe from the Bob Rivers Show on KJR FM. Other fun family activities will include lunch from Applebee’s, treats from Chocolati, face painting and balloon art and prizes. A trip to Victoria, BC and a $500 Key Possibilities card will be given away.

It will be the bank’s 165th branch in Washington state.
