Toll Brothers, a luxury home builder, will unveil its newly decorated Enatai model home at Parkhurst in Bothell on Saturday.

Toll Brothers, a luxury home builder, will unveil its newly decorated Enatai model home at Parkhurst in Bothell on Saturday.

The grand opening celebration includes lattes, fresh kettle corn and a special meet-and-greet with princesses Elsa and Anna from Disney’s Frozen. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 19229 112th Ave NE in Bothell.

This professionally merchandised model home is highlighted by a tranquil color scheme and exceptional upgrades throughout the home. Elegant interior design elements, paired with detailed woodwork and lots of natural light make this home stunning.  Home buyers are invited to stop by and tour the model home, designed by the award-winning Ryan Young Interiors, and join in an afternoon of fun to celebrate this new home and community.

“The overall design direction is a take on the classic look. Natural elements such as grass cloth wall paper, marble, and bronze are paired with modern accents and fixtures,” said Celeste Roberts, senior designer of Ryan Young Interiors.

The marble flooring and bronze fixtures of the master bath are materials that can be found throughout the home.

“Wainscoting in the master bedroom, both on the walls and on the ceiling, speaks to a traditionalist look,” Roberts said.

“We are excited to open the model at Parkhurst. The Enatai model gives buyers an opportunity to see all the latest features that make our homes so unique, while showcasing Toll Brothers’ quality workmanship and award-winning home design,” said Division President Kelley Moldstad.
