Verde Bothell housing development announces grand opening

The new home community Verde Bothell will celebre its grand opening on March 7 and 8 and is inviting the public for a complimentary tapas­style, catered lunch from 11 a.m. to ­5 p.m. Participants will also get a chance to view the five and six bedroom craftsman­style homes priced from the $800,000s.

The development is located in the heart of the high tech corridor. The first five homes, representative of the 16 unique floor plans and ranging from 3,500 to more than 4,600 square feet, are scheduled for completion this spring.

“Verde is the first, green­planned community in Bothell and it is situated in the top­ranked, Northshore School District,” said Brian Eng, community sales manager. “It is also within walking, cycling or easy driving distance of the Eastside’s world­class shopping, recreation and amenities.”

Verde Bothell is developed by Element Residential Inc. on the former family farm of Element Principal and Bothell Mayor Joshua Freed.
