Wakida promoted to General Counsel and Secretary for Halosource

Halosource announced the promotion of Lisa Wakida to General Counsel and Secretary for the company. Wakida was previously General Counsel and Secretary to Vice President.

Halosource announced the promotion of Lisa Wakida to General Counsel and Secretary for the company. Wakida was previously General Counsel and Secretary to Vice President.

Wakida joined HaloSource in September 2011. She is responsible for overseeing all legal and regulatory matters for the company.

Prior to joining HaloSource Wakida worked for both Concur Technologies and RadioFrame Networks. She spent much of her early career with several very well regarded law firms in Seattle and Chicago, including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher and Flom.

Wakida received a BBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Washington and a J.D. from the University of Chicago.
