As a member of NESPA, I am sure that you are entrusted with the lives, safety and health of our school district’s youth on a daily basis. After 13 years of service to the parents and students of the Northshore School District, you are no doubt a valued member of the Northshore team.

I find it disturbing, that after 13 years of dedicated service, your hourly rate of pay remains at this level. As a valued member of the Northshore team, I believe that your pay (and benefits) should be commensurate with your level of responsibility and your training.
