Kudos to the postmaster | Letter

I used to dread going to the Bothell Post Office.

It was worse than going to the dentist for a root canal. The parking lot was full of potholes and the lines for service were out the door. I limited my post office visits to the holidays.

With a new postmaster in place, this holiday season has been a pleasant surprise — the parking lot and the roadway has been re-surfaced, parking lines now clearly mark designated parking spots and four mail persons reduced the holiday wait lines. Kudos to the postmaster for making these improvements.
