I am responding to Kim Dill’s letter regarding Andy Rheaume and the executive session remark.
I believe the point Robert Tadlock was making in his letter was that Roz, at various council meetings, supported the mayor’s actions and of those council members voting with him.
It is our understanding the council members were instructed by the city attorney that matters discussed in executive session could not be further discussed on the dais. In that executive session, the members were told that the city did not have the money to purchase the back nine and there would be no need for further discussion.
