Arts of Kenmore Gallery presents Stephanie Lindsey through September

Arts of Kenmore Gallery at Kenmore City Hall will feature a one-person exhibit of oil paintings by Stephanie Lindsey.

Arts of Kenmore Gallery at Kenmore City Hall will feature a one-person exhibit of oil paintings by Stephanie Lindsey. The public is invited to the opening reception from 6:30-8 p.m. on July 26. The exhibit will run through Sept. 20.

Lindsey received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the University of Washington. She is a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest and has always been drawn to nature. This has made a huge impact on her artwork. She creates a special world in her paintings using her memories of nature. Lindsey takes pictures, makes sketches and records her interaction in nature.

Music and light refreshments will be served at the reception. Live music will be performed by Kenmore musician Brian Bohman (www.brianbohman.com), who is frequently heard on stages throughout the area.

The Arts of Kenmore (AOK) has partnered with the City of Kenmore to produce four to five art exhibits per year at no cost to the city.

The gallery celebrated its grand opening with an exhibit of “Portraits & Figures” by local artists Seiko Konya, Joe Mac Kechnie, and Liana Bennett was presented on May 10. The show is available for viewing during business hours until July 19.
