Bothell High actors are all set for Dramafest One-Act Festival Oct. 28-29

The 10th annual Bothell High Dramafest One-Act Festival, featuring seven one-act plays, will be performed at the Northshore Performing Arts Center Oct. 28-29. The plays are directed by eight Bothell High seniors. Ten days before the festival, the plays are judged by a panel of theater professionals. The highest-scoring plays will be presented during “Best of the Fest” at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 28-29. The remaining plays will be featured during “Rest of the Fest” at 2 p.m on Oct. 29.

One production will be awarded Best Play honors during an awards ceremony following the Oct. 29 evening performance. The Best Play honor comes with the chance to perform at the State Thespian Festival, held this spring at Central Washington University in Ellensburg.

Tickets for each performance are $6 students, seniors and military with I.D. and $8 adults. Doors open for ticket sales one hour prior to show time.
