Snohomish County residents interested in learning more about the Puget Sound and global marine environment are invited to attend a free community film series.
The series will showcase three film-centric events focused on Puget Sound salmon recovery, river restoration on the Elwha River, and coral reef protection around the world.
Several events will be hosted by UW Bothell, all from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
On Feb. 7, there will be a Puget Sound focus event and showings of “Return of the King” and “Discovering the Olympic Coast.” On March 1, there will be a freshwater focus event and a showing of “Return of the River.” On Apr. 25, there will be an ocean focus event and a screening of “Chasing Coral.”
