From classic rock to Celtic, Kenmore and Bothell concerts are ready to roll

Both Bothell and Kenmore have announced the lineups for their free, outdoor summer concerts.

In Kenmore, concerts are slated for eight consecutive Thursdays, beginning July 1. Music will fill the air from 6-8 p.m. at St. Edward State Park, 14445 Juanita Drive N.E. Parking is available on site.

Performances are as follows:

• July 1, Paul Cebar Tomorrow Sound, soul-inflected Americana.

• July 8, The Infamous Stringdusters, contemporary bluegrass.

• July 15, Batata and Las Alegres Ambulancias, Afro-Columbian ensemble.

• July 22, Weldon Kekauoha, Hawaiian and hula.

• July 29, Po’ Girl, Canadian urban roots.

• Aug. 5, Chatham Country Line, American music from North Carolina

• Aug. 12, Portland Cello Project, cello collective

• Aug. 19, Hey Marseilles, orchestral folk-pop.

In Bothell, Music in the Park is set for a new location this year, North Creek Sportsfield #3, 11905 North Creek Parkway South. Shows run July 9 to Aug. 27. Music is from 6:30-8 p.m. Parking is available after 5:30 p.m. in the adjacent parking lots.

Performances slated include:

• July 9, Tony La Stella and the Goombas, the sound of Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack.

• July 16 Tiller’s Folly, Celtic-influenced folk music.

• July 23, Chance McKinney and Crosswire, a rocking country band.

• July 30, Oncore, popular rhythm and blues with Top 40 hits.

• Aug. 6, Dana Osborn Band, classic rock.

• Aug. 13, No Rules, Randy Hyatt and Jim Brady sing the hits.

• Aug. 20, Red Hot Blues Sisters, blues.

• Aug. 27, Cherry, Cherry, Neil Diamond tribute.
