McMenamins will introduce its Inaugural Anderson Summer School Brewfest in Bothell this Saturday.

Guests of the inaugural festival will be able to sample more than 50 handcrafted beers and ciders from more than 30 breweries across the Pacific Northwest, including seven McMenamins breweries, while roaming the quad and halls of the former junior high school turned destination hotel.

The event begins at 12 p.m. and runs until 10 p.m. in the McMenamins Anderson School at 18607 Bothell Way Northeast. Musical acts Bigfoot Mojo, The Talbott Brothers and Ragged Union will perform outside from 1 to 10 p.m.

All ages are welcome to the free event. Festival food will be available for purchase and guests 21 and older can buy drink tokens for $1.75 each or a package deal which includes a pint glass and 12 tokens for $25. One token can buy a 4-ounce taster while four tokens (7$) buy a pint.

Guests can begin purchasing tokens at 11 a.m. in Haynes Square. The event also features brewery tours at 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
