Northshore schools fill December calendar with holiday concerts

The Northshore Performing Arts Center, located at Bothell High School, will be alive with music as students from elementary to high school present their holiday concerts this month.

Bothell High School’s choir concert is schedule for 7 p.m. on Dec. 7 at NPAC, with the band and orchestra concert set for the following night at the same time. Adult tickets are $5, with student and senior tickets at $3.

Inglemoor’s holiday concert, which includes vocal and instrumental groups, is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Dec. 15 at Inglemoor High School. The school holiday programs are scheduled for 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Dec. 16.

Lockwood Elementary puts on a Monday concert, with the fifth- and sixth-grade students performing 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 5 at Northshore Performing Arts Center.

Maywood Hills Elementary will perform a strings concert at 7 p.m. on Dec. 12. Moorlands Elementary is busy in the month of December, with a performance at the Kenmore Tree Lighting on Dec. 3, a concert at 7 p.m. at Bastyr University on Dec. 6 and a Ukulele Club Concert at 6 p.m. on Dec. 13 at Moorlands Elementary in Kenmore.

Students at Frank Love Elementary will put in a sing-a-long at 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 16 at the Frank Love campus, while Canyon Creek Elementary will present their holiday concert at 1:40 p.m. and 2:25 p.m. on the same day at Canyon Creek.

Shelton View Elementary’s Shelton View Singers will perform alongside the Canyon Park Junior High choirs at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 15 at NPAC.

Canyon Park’s orchestra is scheduled to perform on Dec. 1. The school presents ‘A Christmas Carol’ on Dec. 7, and band performance on Dec. 8, with each event at NPAC. The theatrical presentation has an admission charge.

Kenmore Junior High’s band concert was scheduled for Nov. 30 at 7 p.m. and the choir concert scheduled at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. at NPAC on Dec. 14.

Northshore Junior High has a holiday concert scheduled for 7 p.m. on Dec. 7. Skyview Junior High has a choir and orchestra performance on Dec. 6 and a band concert on Dec. 7, both at 6:30 p.m. at NPAC.
