Online ticket sales for Bothell High’s production of ‘The Wiz’ begin April 22

Tickets for reserved seats for the Bothell High School Theatre Arts’ spring musical, "The Wiz," will be available for advance purchase online beginning April 22 at www.bothelldrama.org. "The Wiz," an energetic and soulful musical interpretation of the novel, "The Wizard of Oz," by L. Frank Baum, and made famous by the 1978 film of the same name starring Diana Ross and Michael Jackson, is the high school’s final theatrical production of the year.

“The Wiz,” an energetic and soulful musical interpretation of the novel, “The Wizard of Oz,” by L. Frank Baum, and made famous by the 1978 film of the same name starring Diana Ross and Michael Jackson, is the high school’s final theatrical production of the year.

Performed in the Northshore Performing Arts Center (18125 92nd Ave. N.E., Bothell), it runs May 13 and May 14, and the following week on May 19-21. All performances begin at 7:30 p.m., with an American Sign Language-interpreted matinee performance at 2 p.m. on May 21.

Tickets for general admission seating will also be available for sale at the door one hour prior to each performance.

Some material may be unsuitable for small children due to some suggestive language. Parental guidance is suggested.
