Bothell City Council approves agreement with Stowe; names Bob Jean interim city manager

The following is a release from the city of Bothell:

During its regularly scheduled meeting on June 7, the Bothell City Council approved a separation agreement with now former city manager Bob Stowe. Per the agreement, the City makes the following announcement:

“Effective June 7, 2016, the City of Bothell and Bob Stowe amicably parted ways. The City appreciates Bob’s leadership in the successful revitalization of downtown Bothell, thanks Bob for his years of service, and wishes him well in his future endeavors.”

The City Council also named Bob Jean as interim city manager, pending approval of a personnel services agreement at the June 14 City Council meeting. Jean has been an interim manager in Normandy Park, Lake Forest Park, San Juan County and Bainbridge Island, among other jurisdictions.
